Finally, it’s that time again: Next Wednesday, June 24, 2020, we once again invite you to Volkswagen Art4All with free admission from 4:00 to 9:00 pm! Take the opportunity to view our current exhibitions Barbara Kasten. Works and Ulrich Hensel. In-Between Worlds. And, finally, we are also once again offering real guided tours, albeit due to the current situation only in small groups. For you, this means: Be quick! Advanced registration in the online calendar is now possible on our website www.kunstmuseum.de. The guided tours start at 4:00 pm and are offered twice an hour on the half and full hour, with the last tour beginning at 7:00 pm. A guided tour lasts approximately forty minutes. You can also check spontaneously on site to see if an opening is still available. Please understand that punctual guests will be given preference. There will also be a special digital treat: Our curator Uta Ruhkamp will share insight into her work and explain in a short video how Corona is currently influencing curatorial work in general. The video will be posted on Wednesday on our social media channels as well as on those of Volkswagen Group Culture. There will also be creative actions in the lounge. And for children who visit the exhibitions with their parents, there is an art quiz, which is handed out free of charge together with colored pencils. The Café Kunstpause is also open for you until 9:00 pm, and the restaurant Awilon is open as usual from 6:00 to 10:00 pm.
